To qualify for a warranty replacement, you will need to fulfill certain requirements. Additionally, we ask that you provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with the color of your frame. If we determine that the issue you are experiencing is covered under our warranty policy, we will be pleased to provide you with a replacement frame at no additional cost. However, it's important to note that the customer will be responsible for paying a shipping fee of Rs. 100 for the replacement product. This fee helps us cover the shipping and handling costs associated with delivering your replacement frame to you.

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

While our warranty covers issues related to the color of the frame within the specified six-month period, it's essential to note that certain situations are excluded from warranty coverage. These exclusions include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse of the product, or any alterations made to the frame. Additionally, the warranty does not cover issues related to the lenses or any other components of the Sleepaxa glasses.
