The Sleepaxa Glasses must be in their original condition and packaging, including all tags and accessories. The QR tag must remain intact and attached to the Sleepaxa Glasses. In cases of promotional sales, we can only provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund, and original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.
