We strongly encourage you to return any item that falls short of your expectations, as neglecting to do so would result in a detrimental outcome for both parties. Consequently, we urge you to proceed with a refund or exchange, as we are willing to accept the associated financial loss in our endeavor to regain your trust, which we consider more precious than mere monetary gain.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, we kindly request that you comply with the following conditions:

  • Inform us of your intention to return or exchange the product within 24 to 48 hours of receiving it.
  • The Sleepaxa Glasses must be in their original condition and packaging, inclusive of all tags and accessories.
  • It is essential that the QR tag remains intact and attached to the Sleepaxa Glasses for the return to be accepted.
  • In the case of promotional sales where you purchased your Sleepaxa Glasses (e.g., "buy one, get one up to 75% off"), we can only provide a replacement product instead of issuing a refund. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Upon expressing your desire for a replacement, exchange, or return, we will make arrangements for a reverse pickup. However, please note that if reverse pickup service is unavailable for your specific pin code, you will need to bear the cost of shipping the parcel back to us. As a gesture of compensation for self-sent couriers, we will provide you with an Rs. 150/- gift voucher.

We understand that sometimes a single exchange or replacement may not fully meet a customer's satisfaction. However, it is important to note that we can only offer a one-time free replacement or exchange. If you require additional exchanges or replacements, a nominal fee of Rs. 150 will be applicable for each subsequent transaction. This fee covers the cost of shipping and handling.
