You have 7 days from the date of receipt to request returns, replacements, or exchanges, ensuring that any concerns with our products are addressed promptly.


Return Policy

1. Notification: Please inform us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving your product if you intend to return or exchange it.
2. Condition of Goods: Returned items must be in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories. The QR tag must also be intact.
3. Incorrect Product: If you receive an incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Contact us via WhatsApp(Click Here) or email at with your order number and a video of the product received.

Replacement and Exchange Process

• We arrange a reverse pickup for your convenience. If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Please submit the courier receipt, and we will compensate you with a gift voucher.
• Only one free replacement or exchange is offered. Additional replacements or exchanges will incur a nominal for shipping and handling.

Care and Condition for Returns

Please ensure that the product is securely packaged to mitigate any potential damage during transit. We regret that we are unable to accept returns that exhibit scratches, bending, twisting, or any other signs of wear and tear.
Our Quality Control team will conduct a thorough inspection of the returned item to verify its condition for resale. Non-compliance with these standards may necessitate the denial of a refund.

Prescription Glass Policy

Our Prescription lenses are meticulously crafted to meet your specific requirements. As a result, we are unable to accommodate cancellations once an order has been confirmed. Should there be any discrepancies in the prescription we have provided, we kindly ask you to inform us within 24 hours of receipt of the product. We are committed to swiftly rectifying such issues by supplying a replacement with the correct prescription. Please be advised that inaccuracies resulting from erroneous prescription details submitted at the time of order cannot be returned or refunded.
